Used Mr. Ruiz to check out a light in the attic that was flickering. We were concerned it might be mice chewing on the wiring. It turned out to be a bad contact point in the light socket. He also fixed a light socket over the pass through counter between the kitchen and the family room. We are very satisfied with quick and friendly service from Ruiz Electrical and used them for years.

We use Ruiz Electrical Services LLC to remove all the existing wiring, lights, switches, power outlets and replacing with all new system. They rewired the whole house and replaced all the lights with LED lamps, provided new switches , new power outlets, added some new in the toilets and kitchen to meet the local electrical code. It was at lot of work especially going up in the attic space and find the right wall to bring the wiring down to the lights, switches, and power outlasts. It’s not an easy task when you attic floor is covered with blown insulation. They did a great job and we are very satisfied. I would recommend the service Rudi Ruiz and his crew to everyone . Rudy and his team came prepared diagnosed the problem put in required parts, cleaned up afterwards and tested to ensure everything worked properly. There price was also very reasonable. I had a broken service lateral and Rudy came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me a quote on Wednesday. Then on Thursday, came out with his crew. Centerpoint was called for a temporary disconnect in the morning, but didn't show up be 1500 so Rudy disconnected the service lateral at the pole himself. The job itself is pretty straightforward, if you don't have problems with the conduit or line. You just pull the old wires out, attach a rope to one end, then attach the new wires, and pull until the new wires are in. However. I had a broken conduit caked with mud and the ropes with over 2500 lbs of tensile strength kept breaking. The old ground wire was damaged and spliced, which broke completely underground. The conduit was broken in multiple locations. Rudy, Roy, and Jose began digging to repair the conduit, then fished for the broken ground wire, all with a smile on their faces. A job that should have taken 3 hours max, went to about 0130 in the morning. Rudy was kind enough to even put me back on the grid so I could have power right away instead of waiting on Centerpoint to come out and reconnect me. Rudy and his crew are extremely knowledgeable, but more importantly, their can-do attitude and their willingness to do the job right, regardless of time, is most deserving of a more than 5-star review.

I was smelling something weird emanating from my breaker box and called Rudy. He came as soon as he could and found the culprit... an overheating AC circuit breaker. He swapped it out in and got our AC working ASAP!
